Outfit meme for my Milotic gijinka, Senritsu (wtf does meme actually -mean- anyways??? )

I left it pretty large, cause well.. it took forever.. and smaller looked crappy.

1).. after doing 3 almost full bodies.. I was done :/ so I just flattened the profile pix's colors.

2) not feudal japan at all D: but.. um.. yeah.. no.. *fail* the shorts have a bit of an oriental feel.. but not of the right sort >xD

3) Her undies should probably be white, for a more authentic look.. but she just doesn't seem to be the type to wear white panties >xD.
