2015 summary of artsu

Happy New Years everyone?? I never really liked new years honestly. Christmas is so golden and fluffy.. then it shifts to like.. a sharp and dull hued remmebrance that the rest of the year can't be like that... Maybe that's just me.
Anyways, I didnt do this last year.. I started to... but then gave up when I had such huge gaps when I didnt do anything of note for months. Twas a pretty slow year...
This year  though 8'D... well eep.


January: Ether: Kirihaka Narian (npc) - Ported Kiri to Ether. Ether lost inpsiration pretty quick though in most things. I had a small starter plot for him and we burned through that before I got really into Seirian or Kaia.. then that was that. I think this was one of the last times I did full b/w + color overlays. It tends to end up making super dark shadows... which I think I'm over by now. Also his outfit was a pain to think of. I think I only really am ok with his face xP

February: Ether: A gift for YOU - Feb was the worst month all year I think. Like. nothing was going on. So this was literally all I had. I like his pissy face though.

March: [The Cauldron]- 1 Stage 2- GoingBrinanas - AAAAAAAAAAAAH shit. It all goes to hell from here 8D Cauldron opened in march~~ Eyllwe is still one of my favorite designs and especailly color combos~

April: Happy B-day kyandii-chi!: Alpacacorn~ - We had some other good ones from Cauldron in April, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't ALL cauldron eve;;;; This was a bday gift for my friend chi~ <3 I love just about everything about it 8D <3

May: Seirios- water glomp~ - Again lots more Cauldron this month, but again I wanted to focus on this! One of my first full illustrations in a long time I feel.. and another bday gift 8D I really love back lighting. I just feel like its very emotive and atmospheric.

June: [The Cauldron]- 10 Stage2- catmagick - Hur here we go. Back to it~~ Leitha is also still one of my favourites. Mermaids are really hard to dress eve; won't lie. But I like her princessy and mysteriously cool look.

July: [The Cauldron]- 11 Stage 3- shyanimegrl - Our first stage 3! Got to go all out with weapons and posing. (thanks to dea for help with the foot xD <3)

August: AB: Kaia Bari - I MADE myself wait almost a year for Kaia to grow 'adult'.. was worth it @ U@... though I still need to actually cloth her, huh. I really like how her armored form came out though.

September: Don't Tell Me To Smile - OK I CHEATED ON THIS ONE. I couldn't help it though. Our first breeding for cauldron was in october and I FREAKN LOVE him .. but I still wanted this one in there... so.. so.. I did. (Ambrose probably would have been the choise otherwise.) But yeah.. first time trying to honestly do something somewhat Pop-art style. I actually really like it even if it ddin't quite reach what I was going for.

October: [The Cauldron] 3-8A- Caellean - fufufufu.. here he is. My little pastel cutie. <333 Had way too much fun with him QuQ Thank  you for making him possible Caellean >U< <333

November: [The Cauldron] 3-6A- greeneyesandglasses - Second breeding! And can you tell I really love doing these xD?? The amount of work put into them -far- superscedes the amount payed, but that's ok! I'm definitely not complaining yet 8D too much fun.

December: AB- Keenai and Ryou- Lycoris - I almost put Firiel's stage3 here.. but this water color piece not only is a very special gift, but my first  honest try and real media in YEARS. It definitely makes a special thing happen inside when you're working with real items. Frustration is one sensation.. but the rest is great. A good ending to the artsu year I feel~


2013-2012's years.. man.. allot of my stuff was dark 8'D in color.
